Chocup® with Mascarpone Cream, Baileys, and Amarena Cherries

A delicious and incredibly easy recipe made with Chocup® Maxi!

Step 1.

In a bowl, combine the mascarpone and cream and start whipping with electric beaters. Add the powdered sugar and continue whipping. Finally, incorporate a shot of cold coffee and a shot of Baileys-type liqueur, being careful not to overmix the cream.

Step 2.

Once you have a nice, thick cream, fill your Chocup® Maxi cups halfway, top with chocolate chips, and then add more cream.

Step 3.

Garnish your cups with jam and refrigerate for an hour.
