Chocup® with Strawberries and Limoncello Gelatine

A delicious recipe featuring strawberries and limoncello gelatin. Perfect for Chocup® Maxi.

PROCEDURE

Step 1.
Wash, clean, and chop the strawberries. Add sugar to taste and a splash of lemon or limoncello. Mix well and then place the strawberries into the Chocup® Maxi.

Step 2.
Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions: place the tortagel powder and sugar in a saucepan, gradually add, stirring, the water and limoncello; bring to a boil and simmer for one minute, stirring continuously. Let it cool for 3 minutes, then pour the gelatin over the strawberries.

Step 3.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then serve. Optionally, accompany with a splash of limoncello.
