Chocup® “Eat and Drink” with Raspberries and Blueberries

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Chocup® Mini
- 150g blueberries
- 150g di lamponi
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 glass of grappa (about 200 ml)
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Rinse the blueberries and raspberries quickly with water (a brief rinse is necessary to prevent them from absorbing too much water and losing flavor) and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Step 2.
Place the fruits in a sufficiently wide container, cover them with sugar, and drizzle with the grappa. Cover with plastic wrap and let them macerate overnight.
Step 3.
The next morning, collect the liquid that has formed and place it in a saucepan. Heat it over the stove and let it simmer for about ten minutes. Remove from heat and use it to drizzle over the fruits again.
Cover and refrigerate, letting them macerate for a few more hours. When ready to serve, spoon them into Chocup®.
