Chocup® with Persimmon and Cocoa Pudding

Persimmon and Cocoa Pudding is a super quick and clever dessert! Perfect for Chocup® Mini!

INGREDIENTs

PROCEDURE

Step 1.
Rinse the persimmons, remove the stem and skin, and place the pulp in a blender or food processor.

Step 2.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder and blend the two ingredients for a few seconds until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

Step 3.
Pour the mixture into Chocup® Mini and decorate the surface of the treats with a light dusting of cinnamon powder.

Place the puddings in the fridge to set for at least an hour before serving.
