Chocup® with Mascarpone Cream and Amaretti
Small cups with mascarpone cream and amaretti: a perfect single-serving treat thanks to Chocup® Mignon
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Chocup® Mignon
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of crushed amaretti
- 250 g of whipping cream
- 70 g of honey
- To taste ready-made cocoa glaze
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone with the honey, mixing well with a wooden spoon to blend. Then, add the crushed amaretti and set aside. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture, mixing slowly from the bottom up to avoid deflating the preparation.
Step 2.
Transfer the cream to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and fill the Chocup® Mignon cups. Refrigerate to chill. Melt the cocoa glaze, pour it into a cup, and dip the cups filled with mascarpone cream and amaretti into the chocolate, quickly turning them right side up (the chocolate will solidify quickly upon contact with the cold cream).
Your finger food version of the dessert is ready. If not serving immediately, store it in the refrigerator.
