Chocup® with Mascarpone Cream and Syrup-Soaked Raspberries
The Chocup® Mini with mascarpone and raspberries is a very easy summer dessert to prepare. This recipe is more than just a recipe; it’s a true indulgence!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Chocup® Mini
- 125 gr. of Mascarpone
- To taste syrup-soaked raspberries
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Take all the ingredients. Add some raspberry syrup to the Mascarpone according to your taste to flavor and sweeten the Mascarpone.
Step 2.
Mix well with a fork or an electric whisk. Transfer the mascarpone cream to a piping bag or pastry syringe and fill the Chocup®.
Step 3.
Garnish each cup with a syrup-soaked raspberry.
