On April 26, 2022, at the “Acqua Pazza” restaurant in Tokyo, a welcome party was held for the Italian Ambassador Gianluigi Benedetti, aimed at enthusiastically promoting exchange activities between Italy and Japan.
The event, organized by the Italy-Japan Friendship Association, was an opportunity to enjoy Italian wine and dishes prepared by Chef Yoshimi Hidaka, a board member of this cultural association with a rich 82-year history.
