Chocup® Colors with Yogurt Cream and Smarties
The Chocup® Colors cups are perfect for making this dessert; they stay crisp and dry.
IngredientS
- 10 Chocup® Colors
- 100 g of greek yogurt
- 100 g of heavy cream
- To taste powdered sugar
- To taste rainbow confetti (like Smarties)
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Whip the cold cream from the refrigerator with electric whisks. Sweeten the Greek yogurt to taste, mix well, then gently fold in the whipped cream without deflating it.
Step 2.
Transfer the freshly prepared cream into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe the cream into the Chocup® cups, forming large peaks. Finish by sprinkling colorful chocolate confetti on top.
Store the cups in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
