Chocup® Summer Tiramisu with Strawberries and Pistachios
Surprise your guests with Chocup® Maxi featuring a creamy pistachio tiramisu and fresh strawberries!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Chocup® Maxi
- 150 g of very fresh mascarpone
- 150 g of fresh cow's milk ricotta, well-drained
- 20 g of pistachio cream
- 60 g of powdered sugar
- 100 g of wild strawberries or strawberries
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 g of agar-agar
- To taste: chopped pistachios
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Wash the strawberries and gently pat them dry with a cloth or paper towels. If using larger strawberries, cut them into small cubes. In a pan, combine the sugar, strawberries, and agar-agar. Turn on the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2.
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly. Place a spoonful of strawberries at the bottom of each cup and put them in the freezer. Meanwhile, in a bowl that has been pre-chilled in the fridge, combine the sifted ricotta, cold mascarpone, and sugar. Whisk with the mixer for 3-4 minutes, then add the pistachio cream, blending with the electric beaters.
Remove the cups from the freezer and fill them with dollops of mascarpone and pistachio cream.
Step 3.
Return to the freezer for a couple of hours, or to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Top with pistachio granules and strawberries (or fresh strawberry cubes) and serve.
