Chocup® with Cream Mousse and Strawberries
The cream and strawberry mousse is the perfect recipe for filling Chocup® Medium!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Chocup® Medium
- 400 gr of strawberries
- 200 gr of fresh cream
- 10 gr of sheet gelatin
- 50 gr of sugar
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Clean and wash the strawberries. Blend the strawberries with the sugar.
Step 2.
Take two tablespoons of the mixture and heat them in a cup in the microwave for a few seconds (or over a double boiler). Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it in the warm liquid. Once the mixture is homogeneous, combine it with the remaining blended strawberries. Whip the cold cream with a hand mixer.
Step 3.
Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream, stirring from the bottom up to avoid deflating the mixture. Let the strawberry mousse chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then use it to fill the Chocup®.
