Chocup® with Matcha Tea Pudding
Matcha tea has strong antioxidant properties and is characterized by high levels of theanine and caffeine. Perfect for Chocup® Maxi and Chocup® Medium.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chocup® Maxi
- 2 Chocup® Medium
- 250 ml of milk
- 6 g of powdered gelatin
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Matcha tea powder
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Mix the powdered gelatin with a tablespoon of water.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, sugar, Matcha tea powder, and the mixed gelatin. Stir with a wooden spoon.
Step 2.
Remove from heat once the sugar and gelatin have dissolved. Once cooled, pour into Chocup® and let it set in the refrigerator.
For a firmer texture, use two tablespoons of Matcha tea powder. Additionally, you can serve with whipped cream.
