Chocup® Classic with Bacio Gelato and Condensed Milk
A Bacio Perugina semifreddo in Chocup® Classic is a delicious idea perfect for Valentine’s Day!
Ingredients
- Chocup® Classic
- 1 egg
- 75 gr of sugar
- 85 g of sweetened condensed milk
- 250 g of fresh cream
- 200 gr of milk
- 100 gr of Baci Perugina
PROCEDURE
Step 1.
Heat the milk, condensed milk, and Baci Perugina on low heat, without letting the chocolates melt completely.
Step 2.
Using an immersion blender, beat the egg and sugar, then gradually add the previous mixture and continue blending. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Step 3.
Take the mixture and fold in the cream without whipping it, then churn in an ice cream maker for the required time.
Once ready, pour into Chocup® Classic and decorate as desired.
