Chocup® Classic with Coffee Semifreddo

A coffee ice cream has the task of delighting the palate impeccably! Thanks to Chocup® Classic!

PROCEDURE

Step 1.
In a small saucepan, place the sugar, water, and lemon, and heat until it reaches 121 degrees Celsius. Start beating the egg whites and gradually add the syrup while continuing to beat.Once it is glossy, set it aside. (For those without a thermometer, pour the syrup from a spoon; when it forms a caramel-like thread, it’s ready.)

Step 2.
In another bowl, whip the cream and mix in the coffee.At this point, gently fold the meringue into the whipped cream using upward strokes.

Assemble the glasses with the semifreddo and add some crumbled amaretto in the center. Finish with more cream and refrigerate. Before serving, decorate as desired.
