Chocup® with espresso, whipped cream and hazelnut grains

Coffee is a simple pleasure, sometimes a habit, sometimes a ritual which cannot be given up. For me it’s a pleasure, something that I can also do without. But if I decide to drink it, it must be the best coffee ever, delicious and beautiful. This Chocup® espresso with whipped cream and hazelnut grains is one of those recipes which is at the same time a pleasure for the eye and the palate. It is ideal for coffee and chocolate lovers. A good espresso served in chruncy wafer cups lined with dark chocolate it’s even more luxurious if topped with whipped cream and hazelnut grains.

Ingredients for 2 cups

  • 2 espressos
  • 2 Chocup®
  • whipped cream
  • hazelnut grains
  • sugar to taste

Method

Pour your espresso in Chocup® instead of using the usual cup and sugar it to taste. Then fill it with some whipped cream using a pastry syringe or bag, unless you are using spray whipped cream. Then top with a generous amount of hazelnut grains :) I served the wafer cups on an old tray that I decoupaged some time ago. Enjoy your coffee! Yum!
