Chocup® with mascarpone cheese and black cherries


Francesca Rinaldi of La Casa di Chicca has made this mouthwaterin and super-easy-to-prepare recipe, thanks to Chocup® Maxi!


Ingredients for 3 cups:

  • 3 Chocup® Maxi 120ml
  • 100 g mascarpone cheese

  • 100 g cream

  • 40 g powdered sugar

  • 1 cup of cold coffee

  • 1 cup of Bailey's-type liquor

  • 40 g chocolate chips

  • Black cherry jam (or other jam as you like)


In a bowl combine the mascarpone and cream and start whipping; add the powdered sugar to the mixture and continue whipping, finally add a cup of cold coffee and a cup of Baileys-type liquor. 

When you have a nice thick cream, pour it inside Chocup®, top with chocolate chips and then again with the cream.

Garnish your cups with jam and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
