Eat and drink Chocup® with raspberries and blueberries

Are you looking for a dessert to serve at the end of a generous meal, which is not too heavy and is a good substitute for fruit salad? Try our Eat and Drink Chocup® with raspberries and blueberries. To prepare this recipe you will need some Chocup®, raspberries and blueberries, but you can also add some other fruits of the forest such as blackberries, blackcurrants and wild strawberries.

Ingredients

  • Chocup® Mini 30ml
  • blueberries (150g)
  • raspberries (150g)
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 glass of grappa (200ml)

Method

Rinse the blueberries and raspberries rapidly to avoid they absorbe water and lose ftheir lavour. Then dry well with kitchen paper. Put the berries in a large bowl, add sugar and finally add grappa, cover with film and leave the bowl in the fridge overnight. The following morning pour the juice produced overnight by berries and grapa into a pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour it on the berries again. Cover the bowl with film and leave in the fridge for another few hours. After that you can serve them in Chocup® and they will stay crunchy for several hours.
