Chocup® with mascarpone cream and raspberries in syrup

There are recipes that are not exactly recipes but cuddles that you need when you’re tired or blue. This is one of them. Chocup®, the crunchy wafer cup lined with dark chocolate, is really delicious and versatile. But you can make it even tastier. My aunt gave me some raspberries in syrup coming from the Abetone region in Tuscany. So the other day I thought I could make a delicous snack by filling Chocup® with mascarpone and raspberry cream and enjoy it relaxing on my couch. What do you think? This is one of my favourite comfort food!

Ingredients for 4 cups:

  • 4 Chocup®
  • 125g mascarpone
  • raspberries in syrup
  • automatic whisk


Incorporate some raspberry syrup to mascarpone (I added 1 teaspoon) to enhance and sweeten the cream.
Mix well with a fork or with an automatic whisk.
Pour the resulting mascarpone cream in a pastry bag or syringe and fill the Chocup®.
Granish each cup with a raspberry in syrup. Put each Chocup® in a baking cup and serve it on a saucer. And now enjoy them wherever you wish!
